1865 - A new wine company was founded in Morges with a meaningful emblem: a unicorn. At the end of the 19th century, Alphonse Bolle joined this renowned wine business and changed the name to "A. Bolle & Cie". Prestigious estates such as the Château de Vufflens, the Domaine de Sarraux-Dessous or the Domaine du Plessis are part of this rich heritage. The uncompromising commitment to quality has been passed down across the generations and the company is today considered as a benchmark in the Canton of Vaud. The enthusiasts of Bolle team manage a vineyard spread over 44 hectares and keep alive the know-how and quality tradition that are emblematic of Bolle wines.
