SWISS-STYLE TARTE FLAMBÉE
Ingredients
- For 4 persons
500 g pizza dough
150 g de crème fraîche
4 spring onions, chopped
½ saucisson Vaudois (Vaud raw sausage)
20 raisins
Black pepper
Salt
Preparation
Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking tray covered with waxed paper.
Use a fork to prick the bottom of the dough.
Spread the crème fraiche evenly over the dough.
Mix together the onions, sausage, raisins, pepper and salt and spread the mixture over the crème fraîche. Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
